What you will do

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of complex technology and operational agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on business initiatives, projects, and commercial transactions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across technology and operations.
• Advise on contracts relating to software, infrastructure, connectivity, and enterprise systems.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors, including scope and cost control.
• Mentor junior legal staff and promote knowledge sharing across the department.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor with 4–6 years' PQE in a leading private practice or in-house team.
• Significant experience in corporate, commercial, technology, or telecommunications law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
