Salary: $115,000β$135,000 plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable people strategies.
- Lead complex organizational change initiatives and manage sensitive employee relations issues.
- Leverage HR metrics and custom dashboards to provide data-driven recommendations for business outcomes.
- Coach managers on leadership best practices and team performance optimization.
- Collaborate with COE leads to implement and improve HR systems, including compensation and performance frameworks.
- Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development to address skill gaps.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years as a Business Partner.
- Proven experience in high-growth environments such as agency, consulting, or tech.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive consensus in a matrixed organizational environment.
