Salary: $115,000–$135,000 plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable people strategies.
• Lead complex organizational change initiatives and manage sensitive employee relations issues.
• Leverage HR metrics and custom dashboards to provide data-driven recommendations for business outcomes.
• Coach managers on leadership best practices and team performance optimization.
• Collaborate with COE leads to implement and improve HR systems, including compensation and performance frameworks.
• Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development to address skill gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years as a Business Partner.
• Proven experience in high-growth environments such as agency, consulting, or tech.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive consensus in a matrixed organizational environment.
