Salary: £140,000 - £170,000 plus 50% on-target bonus

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, strategic planning, and long-range outlooks.
• Provide strategic decision support and insightful analysis to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Oversee performance reporting, tracking key business drivers, risks, and operational KPIs.
• Drive robust cash flow, balance sheet, and capital allocation planning.
• Lead financial oversight of global corporate overheads and major transformation programs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global FP&A team focused on financial excellence and automation.

Requirements

• Significant FP&A leadership experience within a large, complex, international business.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Expertise in full financial statement forecasting and multi-currency environments.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analytics capabilities, including AI/BI tools.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level decision-making.
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Proven track record in cost transformation or operating model change programs.
• Experience implementing new FP&A and reporting tools.
