Salary: 36,600 - 41,600 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Analytical Engineers, overseeing hiring, coaching, and career growth.
• Own the Gold layer and semantic-layer strategy for domains like PLG, marketing, and revenue.
• Develop a catalog of trusted, versioned data products with defined SLAs.
• Enable AI-powered self-serve analytics via Claude and Databricks Genie.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to define data contracts at the Silver-to-Gold boundary.
• Manage prioritization, team capacity, and data infrastructure costs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a team of analytics engineers, data engineers, or analysts.
• Strong technical foundation in advanced SQL, data modeling, and semantic layer design.
• Experience with dbt or equivalent frameworks and modern lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred).
• Proven track record of shipping governed data products and reducing ad-hoc requests.
• Ability to manage senior cross-functional partners and translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Unity Catalog, Looker/LookML, or reverse-ETL platforms.
• Curiosity and experience with NL2SQL and AI-native analytics tools.
