What you will do

• Design and evolve the Ecommerce Engineering organization to optimize value delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define and implement data-informed engineering strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Build a culture of discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement within engineering teams.
• Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and fostering career growth.
• Set clear engineering objectives aligned with product goals and ensure team accountability.
• Drive the implementation of AI-based SDLC practices to enhance development efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and good command of English (B2+)
• Extensive experience in building and scaling technology solutions in e-commerce environments.
• Significant experience in building and transforming high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, engineering principles, and system thinking.
• Proven track record of setting and monitoring technical and business KPIs.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
