What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to solve complex organizational and business challenges to align Engineering with its environment.
• Lead the EMEA Engineering COO team to ensure delivery on strategic priorities, including location and people strategies.
• Optimize Engineering-specific processes and coordinate targeted internal and external events.
• Utilize data-driven insights and problem-solving methodologies to accelerate organizational transformation.
• Create high-impact content and events to elevate the hirify.global Engineering brand.
• Execute strategic projects prioritized by c-suite leaders, including the global Engineering COO and head of EMEA Engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, COO, program management, change management, or operations roles within technology or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end programs including scoping, planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building management dashboards and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive briefings and narrative creation.
• Experience designing and delivering internal/external events and trainings (virtual and in-person).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Ability to create consensus among senior leaders around strategic projects.
• Strong technical skills in Excel for data manipulation and drawing conclusions.
• Experience briefing senior speakers to shape internal training content.
