What you will do

• Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
• Support first-line management duties including coaching, training, and performance assessments.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practices across the site.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50lbs.
