What you will do

• Supervise all personnel and operations within the department to ensure the master schedule is met.
• Train, evaluate, and certify operators while maintaining accurate training records and annual re-certifications.
• Organize workflow to ensure smooth operations, investigate delays, and re-assign personnel as necessary.
• Ensure all established policies, rules, regulations, and procedures are strictly followed.
• Maintain quality levels for all assigned products and report any process or equipment problems.
• Oversee safety, housekeeping, and the correct identification of products within the area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Overall knowledge of equipment, tooling, and processes for producing pacing, defibrillation, and multi-function electrodes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to instruct manufacturing personnel with clarity and detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pawtucket, RI.
