Java Developer in the EU (Azure API Management)

Salary: €3,050–€4,800 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Define the target Azure API Management architecture and integrate it with AKS, Camunda, backend services, and on-premises systems.
• Configure APIM environments, APIs, products, subscriptions, backends, routing, certificates, private connectivity, and identity integrations.
• Design and implement reusable APIM policies.
• Establish API governance standards covering OpenAPI specifications, naming, versioning, catalogues, ownership, onboarding, and deprecation.
• Support the end-to-end implementation of Cash Loan APIs in collaboration with architecture, Camunda, DevOps, Security, integration, and backend teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, reusable templates, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer for internal client teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong Azure API Management skills and hands-on experience.
• Ability to mentor and train other engineers.
• Proactive, independent approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
