What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the tennis operations team.
• Oversee staffing processes, communication, and scheduling frameworks for tennis events.
• Shape and execute business growth strategies with a long-term resource forecasting view.
• Drive cost and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Programme and Training Managers.
• Lead weekly operations meetings to ensure alignment across delivery pillars.

• Proven senior operational leadership experience with team management and mentoring skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and escalation capabilities.
• Strategic forecasting and resource planning skills with a 12+ month outlook.
• Commercial awareness with experience driving financial efficiencies.
