What you will do

• Plan, implement, and own end-to-end Google Shopping, Search, and Bing campaigns.
• Develop and scale the paid search channel strategy to drive long-term growth.
• Manage significant advertising budgets with full ownership of the KPI framework.
• Optimize campaign portfolios including bidding, audiences, feeds, and ad copy.
• Analyze performance data to surface insights and execute concrete optimization actions.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEA/Performance Marketing experience with large-scale campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and web analytics (GA4).
• Fluent English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
• Must be based in Germany for remote work and occasional office visits.

Nice to have

• Experience with feed optimization tools like ProductsUp.
• Experience building smart workflows or experimenting with LLMs in marketing.
