What you will do

• Design and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve daily ad spend goals of $100k+ USD.
• Lead UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads (Search, Display, App, YouTube).
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy to maximize ROI and scale.
• Research, test, and launch new user acquisition channels from scratch.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to optimize conversion funnels.
• Establish measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analyses on multi-channel performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in performance marketing with a track record of scaling UA budgets to $100k+ daily.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and App Install Networks.
• Proficiency in dissecting complex performance data and building attribution models based on unit economics.
• Must be based in Berlin for on-site work.
• Experience in mobile apps, fintech, or gaming is highly preferred.
