What you will do

• Fulfill marketing and data list requests within defined service level agreements.
• Scope customer requirements and advise internal sales teams on optimal solutions.
• Act as a technical pivot point between sales and IT for complex automated delivery.
• Manage daily work priorities to balance customer expectations and workflow efficiency.
• Create and maintain statistical reports for internal stakeholders using SQL, SAS, R, or Python.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
• 1+ years of experience in a related data or analytical field.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or IT.
• Highly proficient in SQL.
• Basic skills in SAS, Python, or R.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Access and Excel.
