Data Services & Insight Analyst (12 Months Contract)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia; hybrid work with regular office attendance required

What you will do

• Fulfil marketing and data-list requests within agreed service-level deadlines.
• Scope customer requirements and advise internal RMS and S&MS sales functions on suitable solutions.
• Coordinate between sales and IT when complex automated delivery solutions are needed.
• Prioritize daily workloads, manage customer expectations, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Create, maintain, and run analytics and statistical reports for marketing, trade, RMS, and S&MS teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• A tertiary qualification in business, mathematics, science, engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Highly proficient in SQL.
• Basic skills in SAS, Python, and/or R.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
