What you will do
- Develop reusable analytical solutions and improve tools, platforms, and methodologies for life and health experience studies.
- Use R and actuarial concepts to build solutions, test platform features, and identify opportunities for automation.
- Produce operational insights on activity, demand, resource utilisation, and service performance.
- Build dashboards and visualisations while investigating data anomalies, reporting issues, workflow bottlenecks, and KPI reliability.
- Collaborate with actuaries, technology specialists, and global stakeholders on the Experience Studies Platform.
- Create learning materials, share knowledge, support platform users, and turn feedback into improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues and work with data.
- Interest or experience in actuarial analysis, data, technology, and programming.
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working in a global team.
Nice to have
- Exposure to R or another programming language.
- Knowledge of data visualisation, dashboards, or analytical tools.
- Understanding of life and health insurance products, actuarial concepts, or experience studies.
- Experience with automation, data quality analysis, reporting, training materials, or user support.
