Specialist, Partner Acquisition Operations

What you will do

• Develop and implement partner acquisition tools, including vendor grading for prioritizing high-potential businesses.
• Analyze acquisition data, conduct deep dives, and flag issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Improve performance tracking and reporting to support data-driven sales productivity decisions.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to align tools with global standards and local market needs.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and develop features that streamline sales workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, or Process Improvement.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills, with experience generating actionable business insights.
• Experience implementing sales tools and collaborating with product teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and experience delivering scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working in international markets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
