Senior Data Analyst (Quick Commerce & Partnerships)

What you will do

• Design causal impact analyses and measure incremental ROI for quick-commerce investments, including dark-store expansion, assortment changes, delivery fees, and discounting.
• Partner with senior quick-commerce, operations, and supply-chain stakeholders to shape strategy and prioritize analytics solutions.
• Define measurement frameworks and metrics for shops, dark-store performance, fulfillment, and delivery operations.
• Build complex SQL models and transform large datasets using BigQuery, dbt, and related data-warehouse tools.
• Create dashboards and data products in Looker and Tableau, including root-cause analysis and anomaly-detection solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive the adoption of AI-powered workflows, LLM-assisted insights, and prompt-engineered pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience with strong SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization skills.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, preferably with BigQuery or a similar data warehouse, plus experience with Looker or Tableau.
• Strong statistical analysis, data modeling, business, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and working independently on complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting quick commerce, operations, supply chain, or commercial teams in online or offline retail.
• Familiarity with dbt and Airflow.
• Experience influencing quick-commerce or operations leadership through data-backed recommendations.
