Senior Specialist, Rider Payments

What you will do

• Design and optimize rider payment and incentive models across 16 markets while balancing global consistency with local adaptations.
• Evaluate financial impact, cost-per-order trends, rider supply, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations for logistics performance.
• Drive regional implementation of data science models, automated tools, and new payment components such as dynamic pricing, surge models, and quest incentives.
• Partner with the central product team to define, test, and roll out payment-related features.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, product, and local logistics stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in high-growth technology, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• University degree in STEM, economics, business, or another quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker.
• Exceptional English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to analyze complex data, challenge existing approaches, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in the gig economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics.
