What you will do

• Manage daily community engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok through authentic communication.
• Analyze follower feedback and insights to optimize and evolve social media content.
• Support the end-to-end management of social media projects, including brainstorming, planning, and link tracking.
• Conduct competitor analysis and scout for emerging digital and interior design trends.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow for content ideation, caption drafting, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for social media and latest interior/lifestyle trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of motivation and ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Native-level German language skills.
• Experience in creating and sharing aesthetic content on a personal blog or social media.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and knowledge of SEO.
• Interest in using AI tools for digital optimization and inspiration.
