What you will do

• Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives for the German market.
• Collaborate with internal Social, Category Marketing, Creative, and Finance teams to define targets and budgets.
• Design and execute Social and Influencer strategies and paid social campaign planning.
• Bridge upper and lower funnel media activation to optimize ROI based on performance insights.
• Oversee media buying, execution, and tracking across digital and social channels.
• Analyze complex performance data to provide actionable recommendations for the wider business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a media agency, media owner, or client-side media team.
• Proven track record of executing advertising campaigns across traditional (TV, print) and digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and full-funnel marketing activation.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign ROI.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
