What you will do

• Shape brand communications, positioning, and creative direction across all touchpoints to influence how the brand shows up in the world.
• Own the brand story and voice, writing creative copy for social campaigns, scripts, and launch narratives.
• Lead a social-first strategy, managing content calendars and growing community engagement primarily on Instagram.
• Produce marketing assets in-house using design and AI tools to accelerate the creation engine.
• Manage and mentor a Junior Social Media Manager while coordinating selective freelance support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, content, or communications with proven ownership of channels and campaigns.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content production skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva) and AI creation tools for polished graphics.
• Fluent German and English — German copywriting is core to this role.
• Must be based in Hamburg for a hybrid work setup.
• Experience or readiness to manage and mentor team members.
