What you will do

• Optimize global engineering workflows to reduce design cycle times and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Standardize methodologies including DFSS, FMEA, and requirements traceability across all product lines.
• Deploy AI-enabled engineering solutions to automate workflows and accelerate design activities.
• Collaborate with tool owners and quality leaders to integrate PLM systems and AI platforms.
• Define and track key performance metrics such as rework rates and design release efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10–15 years of engineering experience focusing on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Proven expertise in implementing DFSS, FMEA, and end-to-end requirements traceability.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering tools and workflow automation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship is available.
• Ability to travel internationally (10-20%).

Nice to have

• DFSS Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with GD&T principles and CAD tools.
• Familiarity with MBSE and engineering data governance.
• Experience in data center environments or power systems.
