Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: 2 remote days)

Salary: €18,000 – €22,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Execute partnership acquisition strategies for the hirify.global Benefit network.
• Identify and onboard new childcare providers, nurseries, and preschools across Portugal.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from lead generation to contracting and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the childcare sector.
• Track partnership opportunities and activities within the company CRM.
• Meet defined acquisition and network expansion targets.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commercial approach.
