What you will do

• Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Pitch conferences to senior decision-makers across diverse global industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, packages, and contract terms to close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools.
