What you will do

• Drive sales against budget and execute business strategy plans.
• Follow a daily customer calling cycle to obtain, capture, and process orders.
• Prepare and control quotations while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain updated customer data and contract pricing.
• Assist customers with queries and coordinate with other departments for order processing.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) and a National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Food Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales and the Bakery sector.
• Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
• Strong computer literacy including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
