What you will do

• Manage and expand the existing and new customer base within the assigned territory.
• Increase the volume of products used by existing clients and identify new needs.
• Oversee and manage supply contracts with customers.
• Drive sales activities to consistently exceed established budgets.
• Conduct cold calling and market the Bragan Ingredients brand positively.
• Prepare detailed reports on customer requirements, usage, and history.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) and a qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
• 3–5 years of experience specifically in the food manufacturing or animal feed industry.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
