What you will do

• Manage and defend revenue on allocated accounts through strategic account planning and management.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key executive and technical stakeholders.
• Drive negotiations on renewals and upgrades to prevent revenue dilution and churn.
• Collaborate with product teams, solution architects, and commercial teams to leverage business capabilities.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, demand management, and sales forecasts using key metrics.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and pricing claims to maintain trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Service within telecommunications or ICT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to increase NPS results and reduce administrative expenses.
• Strong understanding of the South African telecommunication and business landscapes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts as viable and appealing market offerings.
• Must be based in Midrand, Vodacom Campus
