What you will do

• Drive growth within accounts using consultative selling techniques across all organizational levels.
• Prospect for new business and conduct sales calls to actively grow the territory.
• Ensure high customer retention and overall satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and consultant services to increase value for the customer.
• Manage business relationships with suppliers, including technical and marketing teams.
• Perform financial analysis, set pricing, and coordinate inventory levels with Purchasing and Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience managing accounts in the raw chemicals industry (CASE).
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related technical field.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required.
• Must be based in Greece.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.
• Ability to travel.
