What you will do

• Manage and coordinate service orders to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Execute service contracts by tracking performance and proactively managing scope changes or scheduling conflicts.
• Lead customer communication and planning for service, maintenance, and rebuilding kit activities.
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and drive them to resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with service administration and planning teams to improve internal processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Athens, Greece.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with SAP and MS Office tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and analytical thinking.
