What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound dock door assignments and coordinate material unloading.
• Verify the condition of all inbound and outbound materials.
• Enter receipts and shipping data into the Oracle ERP system.
• Collaborate with material handlers to direct the movement of receipted goods.
• Print and attach bar code labels to ensure proper product identification.
• Troubleshoot failed shipping or receiving transactions using a systematic problem-solving approach.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a clerical role within a manufacturing environment coordinating shipping and receiving.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience with widely accepted MRP systems.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with internal departments, trucking companies, and customers.
