What you will do

• Lead and develop the inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stockroom team.
• Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in logistics and inventory accuracy.
• Own inventory accuracy, including cycle count programs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and freight activities while maintaining carrier relationships.
• Drive ERP system accuracy and present reports on inventory health and logistics metrics.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement to ensure material availability.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory and logistics roles, including supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to drive process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, including physical requirements like walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma or APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification.
