Maintenance Technician (Supply Chain)

Location: London, GB; candidates must be based in the Rockingham area. The role initially involves field service at customer sites, followed by dedicated on-site support at an assigned customer location, with scheduled maintenance activities nationally or internationally.

What you will do

• Execute service jobs under SLAs and deliver timely, high-quality technical interventions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical customer equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, assemble, test, and commission industrial equipment.
• Provide telephone and remote technical support, customer training, and on-site assistance.
• Inspect equipment, identify reliability improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate service records in CMR, SAP, or equivalent systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, field service, automation, or an industrial technical role.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, fault diagnosis, repairs, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and follow industrial safety standards and protective equipment requirements.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, lifting equipment maintenance, MS Office, ERP systems, and technical reporting.
• English required.
• Must be based in the Rockingham area and able to work at customer and assigned site locations.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience in a service or maintenance environment.
• High School Diploma, GCSE, or technical qualification in maintenance, automation, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
