Maintenance Technician (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day hotel maintenance issues, including plumbing, lighting, locks, and small repairs.
• Complete daily walkarounds and keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Carry out preventative maintenance checks and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Perform minor painting and cosmetic repairs.
• Support and coordinate external contractors for specialist work.
• Monitor stock levels for tools, materials, and spare parts, and support the Maintenance Manager with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and a practical approach to repairs.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems on the spot, and work independently.
• Flexibility with tasks, schedules, and changing priorities.
• Fluent knowledge of the local language is required.
• Positive, professional, and guest-friendly attitude.
