Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management operations, or program management.
• Proven track record of designing and improving operational processes in product-focused organizations.
• Strong experience facilitating cross-functional planning and roadmap synchronization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to transform ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
