What you will do

• Architect and execute territory plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets and annual quotas.
• Manage strategic pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and insights to sales leadership.
• Align hirify.global Reference Architectures with complex customer IT environments to drive platform sales.
• Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams including Solution Engineers, Product Managers, and Legal.
• Position hirify.global as a critical enabler for customers' strategic digital transformation initiatives.
• Build long-term executive-level relationships to ensure customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience selling complex B2B technology solutions in an enterprise model.
• Must be based in the Minneapolis, MN area.
• Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex, six-figure and multi-million dollar deals.
• Bachelor's degree required; technical background (Engineering, CS, MIS) highly preferred.
• Ability to travel as required to engage with customers and internal teams.
