Account Executive - North Central (Majors) (Cloud Security): Selling enterprise-wide cloud data security and data risk management solutions to Fortune 500 prospects with an accent on analyzing business challenges and mapping technology to pain points. Location: US-based position (North Central region), remote with approximately 50% travel

Compensation: $300,000-$360,000 total (including incentives, equity, benefits)

What you will do

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of hirify.global’s data security solutions and deliver value propositions to customers.
  • Develop territory plans, generate pipeline, and lead sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Create custom meetings, PoVs, and onsite presentations for executives like CISO, CDO, CPO, CIO.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers while growing channel partnerships.
  • Attend industry events and align with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) for strategy execution.

Requirements

  • US-based; results-oriented with history of overachievement selling large deals in hyper-growth startups.
  • Minimum 8+ years selling enterprise SaaS in cloud/security/data to Fortune 500 customers.
  • Proficient in value-based selling, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, data risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; formal sales process experience.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with adaptability.
