Discovery IT System Administrator (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Location: Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA; hybrid workplace with remote availability

Salary: $124,895.40–$169,500.90 per year

What you will do

• Ensure the daily availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
• Administer, monitor, install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, infrastructure, and system management tools.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate fixes with vendors and developers.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies across discovery systems.
• Support technical architecture discussions, legacy-system documentation, requirements analysis, and application integration or migration activities.
• Provide end-user training, technical guidance, vendor coordination, and knowledge-base documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM.
• Experience supporting e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Veritas eDP, or similar cloud-hosted review applications.
• Ability to manage backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management, and configuration.
• Experience administering Microsoft Server 2019/2022, Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, and relational databases including MySQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure Functions, Azure API Gateways, AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, or AWS API Gateways.
