Location: Must be based in Sterling, VA (Onsite). Position requires TS/SCI Poly clearance.

Salary: $122,000–$253,000

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of tools, applications, and environments for platform and operational teams.
• Maintain server, cloud, and tool baselines while developing clear build procedures.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain servers across Linux, Windows, Nutanix, AWS, and Google environments.
• Perform security updates, patches, and operating system upgrades.
• Coordinate server installations and maintain asset management records.
• Collaborate with project personnel to ensure timely transition of applications and systems to customers.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of network protocols, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Must possess or be eligible for TS/SCI Poly clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Database administration experience with SQL Server or MySQL.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, CCNA, CISSP, or CISM.
