What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot physical and virtualized servers.
• Monitor large-scale compute and networking assets.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting technologies.
• Administer system management tools, including patching and antivirus products.
• Manage Active Directory user and computer access.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and off-hours maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare ESXi, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of DNS, basic networking, and service monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Site24x7, or Datadog.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Austin, TX (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with patching solutions like Tanium or BigFix.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Nutanix.
• Experience with Citrix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
