What you will do
- Deploy and configure cloud engagement kits within strict timelines following government approval.
- Apply updates, patches, and security configurations to cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and remediation during active cyber operations.
- Manage compute, storage, networking, and security services within the AWS ecosystem.
- Coordinate secure decommissioning and data archival of engagement kits.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
- 3+ years of experience administering cloud-based systems, preferably AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or High School diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting incident response or cybersecurity operations.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or similar certification.
