What you will do

• Review and match incoming vendor invoices to purchase orders to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and execute payments via ACH, credit card, check, or online systems.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Perform vendor credit card data input, reconciliation, and RMA credit reviews.
• Review T&E expenses, post reimbursements in Navision, and process employee payments.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent college-level work (relevant experience may be substituted).
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer keyboarding skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and a fundamental understanding of accounting methods.
• Ability to work extended hours during the busy season (September to January).
