What you will do

• Code, review, and process high-volume supplier and vendor invoices.
• Perform three-way matching against purchase orders and audit receipts.
• Execute electronic funds transfers and payment runs according to schedules.
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Administer employee expense claims and maintain accurate supplier master files.

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle or Oracle Fusion.
• Solid understanding of general ledgers, three-way matching, and financial controls.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
