What you will do

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions including coding, vouchering, and processing all invoice types.
• Manage vendor and employee payment runs three times per month.
• Audit employee and AMEX corporate card expense reports via COUPA for policy compliance.
• Handle month-end accruals, associated journal entries, and assist with annual financial audits.
• Administer new vendor setup in SAP and maintain accurate W-9 and W8-BEN records.
• Generate 1099 forms in strict compliance with IRS regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
