What you will do

• Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including 3-way PO matching, approval routing, and payment execution.
• Review and approve employee expense reimbursements and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Lead vendor onboarding, issue annual 1099 reporting, and serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end close via cash application, expense accruals, and general ledger activity.
• Implement system improvements and AP automation tools to increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure accurate and consistent expense coding across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation/procurement tools such as Zip and Ramp.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, 3-way matching, and vendor management.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-entity or international accounting operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare or health-tech industry accounting requirements.
• Experience supporting the implementation of accounting automation tools.
