Agile Leader

Location: Plano, Texas, USA; in-person position with no remote work option

Annual base salary: USD 91,100–146,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.

hirify.global’s Mainframe Software Division develops software products that support critical enterprise mainframe systems and applications.

What you will do

• Lead and coach software development teams toward self-organization, high performance, and sustainable delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities, facilitating feedback loops, and implementing changes.
• Build alignment with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and value delivery.
• Track Agile metrics, including flow metrics, velocity, and cycle time, to support data-driven improvements.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile practices and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Experience working and coaching in an Agile environment.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience using Agile metrics to improve team performance and decision-making.
• Ability to work in person in Plano, Texas.
