Location: Onsite in Plano, TX, USA. Remote work is not an option.

Salary: $91,100 – $146,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and coach software development teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and sustainable.
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure teams remain focused on delivering value.
• Build strong partnerships with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align goals and priorities.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as flow metrics, velocity, and cycle time to drive actionable improvements.
• Advocate for and implement Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Proven experience coaching and working within an Agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Plano, TX.
