Senior Specialist - Change Management (Hybrid)

Salary: $96,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management, communications, and training strategies for multiple cross-functional projects.
• Conduct change impact, risk, and readiness assessments across people, processes, and technology.
• Build trusted relationships with leadership, project leads, stakeholders, and change management partners.
• Create and maintain project communications, executive summaries, presentations, training courses, and course assets.
• Measure change management and training effectiveness, adoption, utilization, proficiency, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with training logistics and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related experience, master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Strong command of English and effective written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executives.
• Experience facilitating groups and adapting communication styles for different formats and multicultural audiences.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Experience with structured change management methodology and project-related training or communications.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as PROSCI, ACMP, or Managed Change Certification.
