What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage multiple medium- to large-scale IT projects across sprints, iterations, and full project phases.
• Coordinate development deliverables and products with software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations teams.
• Partner with product owners, Agile coaches, and Scrum teams on user stories, acceptance criteria, MVP definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
• Track sprint and release metrics, maintain Agile tracking systems, and report progress to management and external stakeholders.
• Remove delivery obstacles, promote continuous improvement, and support increased team velocity.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
• Experience organizing and facilitating Agile planning and review events.
• Experience using Jira for project planning and tracking, including dashboards, boards, projects, and user stories.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with customers, stakeholders, contractors, and cross-program teams.
• Experience managing priorities across multiple projects.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT project management fundamentals, including scheduling, execution, and monitoring and control.
• Experience managing multiple software development projects or high-volume data environments.
• Experience creating and implementing strategies for customer organizations.
