TL;DR
Scrum Master II (AI) (Agile/Scrum): Guiding and coaching Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, and aligning product backlogs with business value with an accent on servant leadership, team empowerment, and continuous improvement. Focus on removing impediments, improving transparency, coaching Product Owners and Agile teams, and applying AI-assisted development and automation practices.
Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work with two days per week in the office

What you will do
- Guide and coach Scrum teams in Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework.
- Protect development teams from external distractions, remove impediments, and foster a safe, trusting environment.
- Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, SOS, and PO sync.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, ordering, visibility, and prioritization based on business value.
- Improve communication and transparency while empowering teams to become self-organized and accountable.
- Support Release Train Engineers, IT leads, and business leaders through coaching, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP certification required.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks across multiple teams or products.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as TFS, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to teach and train teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent work or military experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation.
- Knowledge of prompting techniques and emerging generative AI capabilities and limitations.
