What you will do

• Own Lakebase messaging and clearly articulate value across operational, analytical, and AI workloads.
• Develop and evolve use-case driven positioning aligned with the broader Databricks Data Intelligence Platform narrative.
• Amplify messaging through Databricks channels and partners’ webpages; coordinate messaging for sponsored cloud events.
• Drive sales enablement by landing high-performing content with field teams and improving engagement and pipeline.
• Lead database messaging expertise for campaigns and events; enable teams with content that supports strong CSAT.
• Run joint business reviews with sales and partner teams, identify gaps, and execute to increase adoption; deliver customer stories and proof points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company, preferably including PMM experience in marketing cloud databases.
• Strong understanding of databases, analytics, and/or AI.
• Experience creating messaging and positioning for technical products targeted at the enterprise market.
• Experience building marketing content for technical personas.
• Experience working with sales teams (field marketing/enablement) and with partners (SI and/or ISVs).
• Preferred technical academic background (BS in computer science or related) or experience plus MBA.
