What you will do

• Own the international Deal Desk operating model, team, and outcomes across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of three, scaling the function alongside business growth.
• Partner with international sales teams to structure complex, non-standard deals including multi-year and consumption models.
• Manage the deal approval process, ensuring fast turnaround while maintaining pricing discipline.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to resolve trade-offs and ensure clean booking.
• Drive process and tooling improvements in Salesforce and CPQ to support international scaling.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Proven experience leading a Deal Desk, deal management, or revenue operations function.
• Strong background in structuring complex commercial deals and managing people.
• Deep understanding of GTM tooling, specifically Salesforce and CPQ.
• Ability to communicate effectively across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting.
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.

• Extensive experience running Deal Desk operations across EMEA and APAC markets.
• Familiarity with international operational realities like multi-currency, tax, and entity structures.
• Experience scaling a Deal Desk function during periods of rapid international growth.
• Exposure to CPQ platforms such as nue.io.
