What you will do

• Own the international deal desk operating model, team, and outcomes across EMEA and APAC.
• Hire, develop, and scale a team of three to support rapid international growth.
• Act as the primary commercial partner for sales teams on complex, non-standard deal structures.
• Manage the deal approval process, balancing speed with pricing discipline and quality.
• Ensure quotes and order forms are structured to book cleanly and provision correctly.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to resolve trade-offs in deal structuring.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office.
• Proven experience leading a Deal Desk, deal management, or revenue operations function.
• Strong background in structuring complex, non-standard commercial deals.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, including hiring and team development.
• Proficiency with modern GTM tooling, specifically Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively across Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve competing interests.

• Extensive experience running Deal Desk operations across both EMEA and APAC markets.
• Experience scaling a function during a period of rapid international growth.
• Familiarity with operational realities of international selling, including multi-currency and tax requirements.
• Exposure to CPQ platforms such as nue.io.
